I have always believed that because we walk upright that - once our chakras are in alignment - we naturally enable Light from higher realms to flow through us into Mother Earth. Pile 1... i already transmute dark energies during my healing sessions I hold. This evolved on its own. Each session just feels like another step up. At the beginning of January one of my new teachers connected with my guides and said I needed to focus on grounding, shielding, and protecting my energy. I have definitely prioritized that.
