I don’t know what it’s called but I remember the artist and creator of The Zielo Cave using it to change her voice to sound like Scrap the Hyena from her fan fiction, I think. I think it’s been a long time since they’ve done anymore videos. I heard a tornado went through her hometown and she lost her home and stuff.
