I am *so* proud of Sun in this episode, standing up to Moon like that. Most likely, he sees himself in Moon right now, back when he thought just killing all their enemies would *finally* bring them safety, and wants to stop it before this goes too far. I hope he can do it before he has to lose his brother again. But at this point, Moon is definitely stooping way lower than OM ever thought to go, in my opinion, and he's putting Solar above the rest of his family because *HE* wants Solar back regardless of the cost, and this stupid bitch can't get it out of his head that the *FAMILY IN FRONT OF HIM* is what matters most now, and that they don't expect him to kill himself to make them happy. --Also I have to admit him cutting Earth off and snapping at her, "You are not a therapist," that was- WOW. No longer overprotective of the baby sister's feelings, I see.-- 🫢

Its the fact that Sun moved INFRONT of Earth when Moon started approaching. Im betting he felt like Moon was gonna use violence, he wanted to protect her. I understand Moon, but his grief, and his REASON for it? Not an excuse. Resorting to any violence, or endangerment, due to his grief over Solar AND disregarding anyones words. "Im gonna protect my family" he says. Yet hes making them scared, sad, or angry. I could hear Earths voice tearing up.

@@glitchhoffe1293 I’m actually kinda happy if Old Moon decides to exist again. Not though New Moon but literally comes back from the dead. In my eyes Old Moon seemed more of an actual brother to Sun. Sure he did some back things but if it wasn’t for him he would’ve never helped Sun. Sun would be going crazy or worse would’ve killed himself. I’ve starting to feel like Old Moon is possibly a better brother if you think really really hard abt it. He helped Sun though almost everything and for the sake of his own brother he practically reset himself. So he really really did love his brother more than anything more than himself. And when we saw him being sassy when OM met NM it was probably OM being a little jealous that he’s a ‘fancier’/‘better’ version of him and actually gets to be with Sun more often now that OM is gone That’s one paragraph

I really don’t like how Moon tried to put blame on Monty like that. Yes, they did know about Moon’s psychotic break, but as far as I’m aware, Moon never told them about his plan to sacrifice Ruin/Blood Moon/Eclipse in exchange for Solar. The way he said it implied that Monty knew about his plan to sacrifice someone, and just didn’t tell Earth. It’s one thing to say hurtful things to your siblings, which was bad enough as it is, without potentially making your sister have an argument with her partner/your best friend, over something they didn’t actually do. Earth has some trust issues as it is because of the Creator, though she’s been handling it well, she _really_ doesn’t need to think her partner has been lying to her or keeping things from her, especially something as important as this. Moon’s attitude is ‘I can live with it’ for now, but as soon as he has to deal with the repercussions, I’m pretty sure he’s going to realise just how badly he messed everything up.

It wasn’t extreme or anything, but I was referring to when he couldn’t tell dream from reality and didn’t really trust that Monty was telling the truth because of it. I get that some dreams feel realistic, but he was _certain_ it wasn’t, for a while and kinda spiralled because of it.

Moon is being worse than the old Moon. And this scenario feels very similar to when Sun went on a hunting spree to kill Eclipse. (and we all know how that went down. With Sun accidentally destroying Moon's magic circle in his attempt to kill Eclipse, leaving Moon trapped inside his own mindscape with no way back out. And that led to Moon getting reset.) if Moon keeps going down this path, he might lose something even more important to him. Like Sun.

There comes a time where regardless of delusion, Moon's behavior is inexcusable and unacceptable. He's crossed that threshold. He's willing to burn every bridge for this. He's not bringing Solar back for his family. Hell, he's not even doing it for Solar. He's doing for himself, to prove himself better. I’m with Lunar that I believe Moon wouldn’t intentionally hurt his brothers or sister. But having muscle to back you up when confronting a possibly volatile person is a good idea.

The real scaring thing is that he's gonna do all of this to bring Solar back and to make everyone happy. But he doesn't care if Solar kills himself afterward. Meanwhile, Monty is being thrown under the bus. Yes, they knew Moon was going through a bad time, but all they saw was Moon having a nightmare. They pretty much just left Moon be after that. There are a lot of ways this can go. I'm getting more and more concerned by how much Moon is echoing his conversation with Old Moon. Old Moon wanted a legacy. Old Moon wants Moon to die and kill for his family. I want to believe that Old Moon is leaking through the cracks, and Moon's behavior isn't 100% his fault... but it is.

The thing is, I think Moon may only snap out of it WHEN something really bad happens. Remember when Sun went crazy? He snapped out of his angry delusional state and back to his usual anxious and stressed state when he heard he could lose Moon. Though, Moon and Sun are different so hopefully he’ll snap out of it sooner.. but I can only hope for that.

god sun sounds so, so quiet and so so sad and i could just cry at the thought. he's always that happy, jumpy sun at all times who's 'bothering' everybody but nowadays he sounds absolutely crushed and i miss the way he was before everything came up dawning on him. i really hope everything will be resolved in the near future and he's gonna be able to return to truly being happy. :/

Moon is acting like Solar’s original moon. He’s hell-bent on getting back someone who is near impossible to get back, uncaring about who they hurt to get it. They both want to use the person who they perceive to have caused the death of the person they cared for. Moon needs to be given the same treatment he did when Sun almost went on a murder rampage, locked up in a space where he has to think about what he’s doing. I think Moon is going to become the next “villain” (antagonist) of the shows, and they’ll have to make some difficult choices throughout that time.

It's good Sun warned Earth ahead of time for how Moon would behave when they confronted him, cause the way he is now? He is so unstable and unreasonable, all the things he said proves he is not doing it for the family.. but for himself alone, and that whole line of "If he wants to die after I bring him back" says a lot more too. Ruin and BloodMoon are not Good by any means, yes, neither is Eclipse.. but he's changed so much now to even go out of his way to tell Earth the truth. Moon telling Earth she's not a real therapist broke my heart, and I'm sure it broke hers too.. she seemed really upset at the end after he left. He's going through with this still and just letting them not forgive him, letting the consequences of his actions just be as it is. It's clear his sanity has gone off the deep end, but before all of this.. he was better for everyone including Sun, Sun said so himself that he liked him better than the old one. But now? He said he was worse.. and that really says a lot.

I like that Davis and EC go into a place most shows won't, how far people will go to bring someone they love back. Its nice to see characters who are usually as happy as can be going through and grieving the loss of someone and I think you guys, Davis and EC, are legends for doing this. We know that Earth had texted Sun and Lunar about the Moon situation before her talk with Monty about it. Yet it's not weird that her brothers were clueless until she came and told them in person. Lol. I have family members who get texts, and don't respond sometimes. It's either they seen the text and thought they responded to it or they were away from their phone when it was sent so they didn't think to check their messages. Lol. I'm sure I've even done it too. XD It happens at times.

Even old moon would be disappointed with what moon is currently doing, he is willing to destroy every relationship so he can save his own sanity, he is so desperate to get solar back so he can feel a sense of normal again, in one fell swoop he has (at least for now) crushed his relationship with earth by stomping on it repeatedly, if solar comes back only to find out what moon was doing and how moon was treating everyone- he would be so disappointed in moon..

Things are very bad right now, but I still trust Moon. I'm 100% that he will never hurt his family and that he will see reason soon enough. I think that Sun will be able to stop him; he said it himself: "I'm not gonna let him do something he will regret". Sun has every right to be angry, but he still CARES about Moon and WILL help him snap out of it. I'm just worried about Earth's and Moon's relationship going foward. She said that, as much as Moon apologizes, she will never forgive him. I don't want to believe that's true. They're going to be mad at each other for a while, but I want to believe that eventually they will be fine. The situation is different with Creator. Creator NEVER loved Earth, but Moon has since day one. When some people are furious about something or with their loved ones, they say horrible things without really meaning it. I REALLY, REALY hope they can be back to normal eventually, because when Moon snaps out of it, he is going to be destroyed if he loses Earth, and I know that Earth doesn't really want to lose Moon either.

I'm further into the episode now: THIS IS SO PAINFUL. When the idea was first brought up, we all loved the idea of scarifying Ruin to save Solar, especially since the wound of his death was fresh. But now, seeing exactly HOW that process is taking place, we're all against it. The details of this procedure and method involve tearing families apart and ruining people's (especially Moon's) mental state. It was never that simple and we were foolish to think it ever was. (THAT WAS WAY TOO DRAMATIC WOW)

Edit: On a serious note, they all need therapy and yes, Moon. Solar would NOT want someone to die just for him. Even if its Eclipse. He's a good person and right now, you're acting just like Old Moon, if not WORSE. Your actions will most likely lead to Sun's first death too(I'm updating this comment the next day, and so I've already watched the second part.). I saw a comment on the second part that said that Moon died after he saved Sun from the whole wanting to dismantle Eclipse and trapping him in a magical box situation. I think this is when Sun dies now. No kidding, Eclipse was right. Moon will do something stupid that leads to the death of a family member. So I think we should all expect Moon to be all sad, especially after Earth said she wouldn't forgive him for anything.

As a fan who has been here since day one I know that no matter what it will hurt everyone in the show I honestly was thinking that when moon was yelling that, that was the original moon I know that he will have so much regret to the point where he can’t live with earth not forgiving him I saw how sun was acting and he wanted to cry and yell at moon but he couldn’t because of how big his heart is and how much he loved his family as for earth she was frozen in place hurt by moons words and she meant what she said about not forgiving him for what he said (SORRY IF THAT WAS WAY TO LONG😢)

This episode was really intense. It seems like moon is struggling with the fact that solar is gone. He can’t get over Denial and anger stage of grief he wants to do what is right for his family and his mind but in reality deep down, he knows he’s only doing this for himself because he knows he won’t ever be able to accept the fact that solar died he won’t be able to accept he failed the “mission” that he was given he feels as if he has to be the perfect version of the moon even tho he is not keeping the family happy even though he is trying the funny thing is that he’s probably right. That all moons are a little crazy because the fact is that sun has had to dealt with almost every loss of his family members, friend, or enemies deaths either hearing that they died or watching them died he watched moon die. He watched Earth die. He contributed to one of eclipses deaths. He watched eclipse die to lunar and he heard about lunar death and a couple other of his friends deaths he’s had to deal with people thinking he’s a monster, and somehow he still standing on his feet with his head high and still calm and collective the only times he’s ever screamed at a person was because he was upset for a good reason and moon is letting death of family member who got very attached to him to the point where he’s willing to put his family in danger to put others in danger just to bring that person back. He knows this isn’t what he knows this isn’t what sun or lunar or anybody wants. He knows this isn’t what what solar wants he knows this is just what he wants

Well, I was right about Earth telling Sun and Lunar about Moon's whole ordeal and that he needs to be stopped ASAP, but I'm surprised that they got to it this quickly. I thought they were going to drag this part of the plot out over two to three episodes but nope, they didn't and I applaud that. I'm not saying that the plot can't be dragged out in this story, but when it comes to situations like what Moon is experiencing, the viewers want to see how things turn out sooner rather than later, or else they may lose interest if you were to drag the main plot out with a few filler videos.

I’ve reacted like this when my dog died. I went a little crazy when my dog died claiming that I could bring him back using sorcery.. Thankfully I was able to realize that he is gone and not coming back before I could damage my mental state worse.
