And likely that the star was useless in another dimension that it didn't come from might be same for astral powers. So if SuperEarth's Lunar went dimension jumping his powers probably won't work.

"I'm trying to start a Council of Earth's!" gives so many war flashbacks. But one good thing I can see coming from this is blueprints. Earth can give Super Earth a diagnostic of her body and what she knows about the moon bracelet, have the jar brain figure out a way past all of that, and they could all pitch in to make her a way to transfer bodies!
