Lucci is actually strong against alber and not the other way around, due to his defense increase from status and huge Dmg reduction. You can clearly see in the video even if Rage's playing amazing he's having a tough time against lucci's (you can't one shot him and u will only heal them from ur aflame from normals). So lucci is a reverse counter for alber.
