A lot has change, but the scenery remains beautiful. Erin when was the last time you were here? I must come if you haven't been here in awhile.

My feet usually swells when I come home but I was there in May and it was not an issue. I wanted to visit here but I was told it's only Thursdays and my time was limited.

As you can see from the video, there weren't a lot going on over there and it was a Thursday we went. Hopefully next time you come you can visit.

Miss Tinarane I think its the heat not to mention our bodies has been reclimatised to our second home . What you should do is drink lots of water and fresh ginger tea reduce swelling . That's what the health doctor said .😂😂😂 .continue to enjoy your stay.

A few people mention I should drink more water, I'm trying lol. My feet are a lot better these days.

When in Bim I sleep with the bottom part of the mattress propped up to reduce the swelling of my feet. I find the more I exercise the swelling reduces.

Enjoying your travel videos. Regarding your swollen feet: Purchase compression socks and wear them while traveling (NEVER wear compression socks while sleeping). However sleep with your feet elevated (use a couple of pillows to elevate your feet). Also elevate your feet as much as possible throughout the day. WARNING: DO NOT DISMISS any pain in your legs, could be BLOOD CLOTS, reduce your salt intake and have your kidney function check at your next Doctor Appointment! I speak from experience!

@@tinarainesjourney4269 You are welcome! I forgot to mention, sitting too long can also cause the edema ( swelling), so get up and move (or move your feet as much as possible if you cannot get out of your seat). Sorry for being such a mother hen!
