@@hib4088 Hmm.. I disagree but that's OK. So let's imagine having breaky, lunch and dinner. Say you had the sandwich for breaky, and for lunch you had the 1 egg and rice, then for dinner you'd have the thinly sliced pieces of meat and the light salad that was halved. Seems a tad unrealistic. The portions aren't too big either and the meal doesn't seem heavy besides the bread being filling. I could eat this for a days meal but I'd assume I'd be skipping a meal, like breaky or dinner to make it work. If you're mildly overweight, are you smaller built? Did you get gastric bypass surgery? Or maybe your body holds onto fat easily? Bc you must have eaten a bit to be mildly overweight. Many options in my mind is all I'm thinking of. Hoping this comment wasn't offensive.

My binge eating got to a high because of some personal stuff that was going on, I've been eating in portions like this for the past year, but now it's different since I'm fasting. I love that you had leftovers in this one. I make my lunch the night prior so I had something for dinner too (and it wasn’t the same meal that I’d be having the next day. It was changed into something else so there was variety between meals). Love your lunch preparations. So good!

Go to the Butcher shop and ask them to cut the pork belly for you. Thats what I always do in Germany and Italy. Also porkbelly is super cheap and affordable. (I eat it too much xD)

You can buy hot pot meat and use it for cooking. It's generally thinner so it can be cooked in broths.
