Visiting Teppanyaki ZK in Osaka, part of 5 Star Hotel Marriott, located in Abeno Harukas, a building which currently (January 2023) is still the highest building in Japan -

It's funny to see how delicate the chefs are with the food compared to street vendors flipping a wok over a 150,000 btu burner. Both the technique and the finished products are beautiful to watch.

You realize all of the food seen in this video can be eaten raw with no ill effects right? Maybe in some western countries that would be an issue, but Japan's extreme adherence to cleanliness makes things much different. Also, their meat isn't raised and slaughtered in massive, packed, disgusting factories like western countries.

Please be honest. Everything they do there, you can do it for under $30.00 yourself. You pay for the view or ambience or the quality of the food. I can get every fresh fish from Galicia or wherever.
