I'm opening a restaurant, and hiring Puerto Ricans to slap some spatulas together in front of people for 30 mins and charge them $200 for a melon and onion slice. Claim it's how his family cooked for generations.

IS THAT HAIR? I saw that too and was hoping it was like... stringy vegetable fibre or something ..... but yeah it really looks like a hair. For $130.00 you better get hair with your meal!

Would love it if you would post the different types of veg and the green herbs they added at the end of the fried rice. I know most of them but there are a couple that I don't. Love the videos

You gave a piece of veggies that you can buy in a market from any where in the world. Only people who do not know how to fry a sunny side up egg will buy this.

What is that brown liquid you add to the fried rice at 29:19? Is it soy sauce?

Seriously... what a rip off. For 130 bucks, I want the fire and dude to flip a shrimp into the air so I can try to catch it in my mouth.
