Koi kami nahi hai Sonal.. Hum log bhi isse kundru hee bolte hai aur yeah bina pyaaz ke zyada acche lagte hai... Rotiyan wakai bohot zyada passej jaati hai...garmiyon mein... Ab aapki tarah stand pe rakhenge rotiyan.. Aapka dal wala cooker 3 ltrs wala kaunse brand ka hai... bohot accha simple khana... aisa hee hamare yahan bhi banta hai.. aur haan hame bhi chipke chipke chawal pasand hai💕

In Gujarat we call it giloda and yeah apply some oil if possible mustard on hands before cutting it, haath fir sahi rehte hai, this is my mom's trick that she has shared with me.

I like this lunch, Sonal! Simple but healthy with not too much Masalas. Saying few things out of concern: 1. Please DO NOT USE MOBILE PHONE IN THE KITCHEN. Especially near the gas. It's dangerous. 2. Please do avoid plastics and pouring hot liquids in them. We can't tell Zomato to bring in steel dabbas but from home we can surely avoid pouring hot liquids in plastic containers Lot of people are watching your youtube. You will set an example by doing the right things. Remember that your child also learns from you.
