I'm going to have to disagree on Silva as today I thought he gave Johnston some big headaches and looked more lively than I have seen him since his arrival,still not the 30+ million player he is supposed to be but today he wasn't a liability and had some good moments against a solid defender,dessers as well never stopped working and got his deserved goal for his effort(he's not a natural striker and will more than likely be moving on or come from the bench next season) but his energy and work rate was good against a solid backline,barisic was just like lundstram slow and off the pace constantly getting exploited by Forrest and O'Reilly

It was a soft penalty but contact was made. The ref initially gave the Lundstrom tackle a yellow card. Only when VAR pointed out that it was indefensible did he make the only decision he could make.

What baffles me is how the ref in the VAR room is also a "professional" referee, and they only get sent to the monitor if they think it's a "clear and obvious error" which the VAR official clearly did.
