The thing that helped me the most in regards to riding was doing spin classes . And good move for being sober . My younger brother passed away many years ago from alcohol abuse .

What a great video! It seems like a video of a couple of dudes talking on a huge climb would be kinda boring, but it was great! You totally made me feel like I was on that climb, there's something about staring at the ground avoiding rocks that is so mesmerizing. Loved the collaboration between POV's, and the simple conversation getting to know someone. Great job!

The Singletrack Sampler , I live in Snoqualmie. It's 30 minutes east of Seattle, just south of Tokul. There is a ton of riding all around here. On this side of the Cascades is very green and Squamishy, but just on the other side it's very dry. Definitely worth a trip!

Its funny he mentions Nate Hills, I found him first, then BK-XC then Single Track Sampler. I also never drink, never had a drug or tried a cigarette but god damn I love cheeseburgers. I just recently got into mountain biking and lost 30 pounds almost immediately. Getting rid of the last 30 pounds I need to lose is hard. I try and do something almost every day, gym, biking or a hard days work since I don't have an office job. Love these videos, inspirational stuff.
