Thanks for sharing another good trek around one of the higher parts of Malta. Visibility was fantastic, the views and landscape with some old farmhouses were also nice to watch. Oh, in all those roads you met very little traffic.🙏😊Enjoyed the video and well done Pierre.👍👍

Another beautiful vlog Pierre. It’s a beautiful piece of Maltese archipelago that is unspoiled and still in its original state apart from the deteriorating conditions of the weather and time. I think you’re clever how you managed to join the two things of losing weight and trekking through the beautiful landscape and making vlogs for us to enjoy. I always felt that Dingli Cliffs area is one of the most beautiful places in Malta, for it’s beautiful scenery especially when you catch the sunset.Thank you for your dedication and good luck with your weight loss journey. I know from experience that it is hard but it is worthy .👍🇲🇹

Hello Pierre, regarding the 'Prickly pear' : One day in Seville I ate one, I found it in a fig tree behind the archaeological village "Itálica" and it looked like it had hairs in its mouth, which were entering its throat every minute. I had a very bad time for two days, everything returned to normal and I remembered the Barber of Seville, hahaha, so I could cut them. Bonne soirée -

It is indeed very beautiful there. The sea looks so blue and clear. It is good to see areas that you wouldn't normally see if you just went to Rabat. That sculpture was very nice. Malta has so much to offer. 🙏🏼👍

Great video, thanks for sharing. Just past the chapel on the right there is a gate. Through this gate there is a private path that leads down steps by a small cave with a water gallery and ends at a medieval cave chapel dedicated to St. Leonard. You should try doing this walk again in winter when everywhere will be all green.

When I see the cactus fruit (prickly pares ?) ... My thoughts turn to making a fermented drink form them.

In Malta they do and it’s very good

I would like to try it myself ... I make 3 gallons of probiotic fermented fuzzy drinks every week ... now every piece of fruit or berry to me looks like something I want to ferment.
