Im not an expert but I've learnt this from other vids that it shouldn't be stored in the fridge or it will release water which will make it harder to let the crumbs stick to it. But you can store it in deep freezer for quite a long time.

+Cant Remember It depends, because of the varieties of potatoes. I've boiled mine for about 20 minutes but you can always check with a knife when you're boiling the potatoes😊
