Lurantis is one of my fave mons, and its ability make it strong, considering the amount of stat-reducing moves and abilities. I even used it on a local competition!

@@Dogmatika78 sun/trick room "this was during kitakami before the second dlc it may have been repowercreeped but in the kitakami prolouge event I was doing crazy well with it alongside carbink grimsnarl vikavolt kommo-o and kingambit. parting shot/charm was useful for lura to get kos solar blade under harsh sun was very helpful and if the opponet either shut down trick room or focused only on removing lurantis kommo-o/ specs vikavolt and kingambit got in alot of damage. grimsnarl lowered the damage I could be dealt and carbink was there to set stuff stay alive awhile and maybe boost luras attack or drop an opponets. i was pretty proud with my team and it did pretty well. recently for the grand challenge also ive tried using kommo-o sableye and stuff like that and its also done pretty well. sableye is mostly only good because using the moves i have on it you can make big outplays while most people ignore it cause the other pokemon is more obviously powerful.

You always play casual or is this just bc the ranked ladder was closed?

I tried out some ranked, but it's much harder to pull off a gimmick with the power level of the pokemon in Regulation C
