i think the reason the pyke mana change doesn't impact them as much is the fact that they don't really use spell mana that much Like u often just have one or two spell mana there on round 4-7 as Lurk with no way to use it, so using that pyke spell just doesn't change anything with one cost extra

I had an idea for rek sai for poc. Star power 1 Hive mind: when you summon a lurker grant it’s stats and keywords (most importantly lurk) to two followers in your deck. Star power 2 For the Queen!: 1+ starting mana you can lurk multiple times per round. Grant lurkers a random keyword for each 2 power it has. Star power 3 Hive mind 2: when you summon a lurker grant it’s stats and keywords to four followers in your deck. When you lurk, lurk again. For the deck I think all of the xer sai brood and a few cheaper pyke fish like sharklings and snapjaw. I like the idea of adding the dunebreaker and granting it the lurk keyword. Feral presence with a power that turns it into a lurker spell. Blood in the water Ruthless predator Call of the pack Maybe rippers bay Maybe domination to boost up the cheep lurkers and give them more keywords.

I learned today that Rek'sai can active the +1/+0 from attacking AND lurking on the same attack. Was attacking with her and I Call the Pack'd a second copy of her. Got +3/+0

I've been playing the Nidalle/Nocturne Fearsome deck lately. It works very well against Morgana/Galio deck :D Overall, Pakaa Cub and Avenging Vastayan are great in these decks, especially since their Ambush allows you to easily activate Nocturn.

It doesn't necessarily take skill to win with Lurk, but it does to win CONSISTENTLY. Anyone can highroll one time, but you have to know how to play it to win when you don't. Also if you play Morgalio+Eddie you deserve a turn 2 Rek'Sai proc in the face.

They can't, lurk is kept in check by the fact there isnt 40 natural lurk cards, give them enough lurk and it would instantly turn oppressive

It is crazy how many ppl are complaining about braindead decks or even RNG deck But I think those ppl are not playing the game anymore because when you are playing a Nora deck or when you just play the game and have to face perfect topdeck, it is also RNG But I guess, those ppl are too intelligent to play this deck/game Thanks for the video

When they were released I never really liked pyke, so I found a rek sai noxus deck (maybe it was yours). Never played pyke but played a decent amount of that rek sai deck with might and elixir of wrath

Actually if u on mana 3 have att token and hit/predict reksai top deck or use spell 2 mana to move reksai top deck and u att,and use 1 cost spell fish next turn u can triger reksai to and then u triger lurk 5 times on mana 4😊

You can always predict and call the pack And no need to rush Round 1 and 2 without lurk active is fine As long as you can control your mana and make sure reksai in top in your deck After that pyke Remember 2 reksai= 4 round without reksai

@@vinoalvin9924 yes of course, 6-9 predict, only 3 has lurk. No draw mechanism, and asking for perfect curve everytime which is 3/33 card = 9% chance reksai came by turn 3. Sounds good bro

Lurk its not RNG deck The most important thing in playing lurk is make sure reksai or pyke is top in your deck Use call your pack or predict I can master with lurk And mostly i dont play lurk as aggro deck I save mana in round 1 and 2 for pyke You know 2 round with reksai is 4 round without reksai Just sharing 😅

I will say as I relatively a low level player Lurk is very nice to have because it helps me focus on fundamentals of passing and mana conservation rather than having to focus on piloting the deck. Lurk I imagine is boring to play against/with due to linearity, but I find it nice to have a straight forward game plan where the curve is just minor adjustments in timing and play order.

I hate Lurk because it's a single player deck that isn't looking at their opponent, because of the nature of Lurk there is almost no interaction with Lurk and the goal of Lurk is to just tap out of your mana and just play your curve on curve. There's no interesting Lurk cards to make a game more interesting, they're just varying degrees of minions of varying costs maybe 1 keyword on top of Lurk. Modern Lurk decks run like 6 non Lurk cards and it's just the cheap predict cards, the obligatory Yellow Deny that every Shurima deck runs and maybe some of them run the cheesy Reksai Vulnerable + attack card. But the goal of playing against Lurk is to just play your game better than Lurk. The only thing you have to keep an eye out for when fighting Lurk is Rite, Rally and Pyke spell and that's literally all Lurk can do on your turn. And then if the Lurk player hits Reksai once or twice they just turbo like 3 or 4 turns later because they got kinda lucky or they used the card that lets them always hit Reksai they also just probably win or if they never draw a Champion they just lose if you weren't AFK. Lurk is just boring, it's not bad, it's not rng, it's just boring
