Shaunagh // it's pretty good but I've been using it for 2 months. And I guess my skin got immune to it. So my acne is very small but I still have it. I use a wash and toner and creamer from the docs. However I still use herbalism bc the doc medicine dried my skin and started flaking so I use both. Herbalisim feels like little beads bc of the almonds but I thought it was a bit too rough for my sensitive skin. It works nice after u took ur make up off. I mean you can always get a tester!

hey people with acne prone oily skin, i recommend 1. coalface soap, it's a black bar of soap and i am using it for about two months and it just doesnt get smaller, so its a great deal 2. tea tree toner water you can use that after you washed you face and is great, i do recommend buying the big bottle as its a better deal. 3. mask of magnaminty this i use 2/3 times a week and its really nice. i hope i helped someone. ❤️❤️

angels on bare skin is gonna be balancing and help with removing excess oil, but coalface is definitely gonna be better and way more helpful for acne-prone/oily skin! but definitely ask for a sample of angels if you go to your local lush so you can compare the effect!

I have had red bumps on my arms & legs ever since I was a kid. And then someone gave me some rose argan skin conditioner last year. I didn't read the instructions, so rather than putting it on in the shower & rinsing it off, I used it after my shower like lotion. 24 hours later, the red bumps were gone! Seriously; what dermatologists couldn't do in 30 years, Lush did over night. I eventually stopped using my expensive perfumes (Chanel, Bvlgari, Thierry Mugler) because I love the rose jam smell. Now my skin is smooth and soft and people tell me all the time how good I smell. This is my favorite skincare product of all time. I'll brew my own coffee & do my own pedicures but I won't give up my Rose Argan Body Conditioner!

I love Volcano!! I'm a dancer and after a 6 hour dance practice Volcano and Pink Peppermint are the BEST to soothe my dead blistered feet. It has clay and mint in it which is so nice and cooling. Absolute holy grail product!!!!!!

Aqua marina by lush is perfect for rosacea and acne! It’s the only cleanser I’ve used that hasn’t irritated my skin and it helps my redness a lot! Cosmetic lad is also a really good moisturizer!

You can actually use Rub Rub Rub two ways: on wet skin for a more gentle foamy scrub, and on dry skin for a rougher scrub.

I love dark angels - i scrub it on hard so i can really feel it and it leaves my skin all new and smooth and clear behind. It's worth noting I have the most tolerant skin in the world (i do have some spots - it's not perfect) but generally my skin puts up with whatever. I think as i get older it gets oilier. I wear 50f because i am 31 and i don't want to look any older!

I agree with your African paradise vs rose argan body conditioner assessment. I loooove the smell of African paradise. I use it after I shave my legs and it makes them feel amazing! Beware: they are discontinuing African paradise in the U.K. so I fear North America will soon follow. Stock up!

I love lush fresh mask. I’ve tried lots of them. My fave is the banana oat and bb seaweed. I tried the blueberry too and didn’t like it. At first I like the smell and the texture when they tried it on me in the store. But when I use it I don’t like the blueberry ones. I’m trying the cosmetic warrior now bcos of maskne. Hope it works

It's funny what works for different bodies - Rub Rub Rub makes my skin and feet SO soft and moisturised....whereas none of the body conditioners do a single thing for me and I just don't see the point in them at all (other than Christingle but that's to cool down in summer/breathe better when I have a cold and not at all the moisture from it!).

I also haven't been convinced with Rub Rub Rub as a scrub. I think it's more of a shower gel with a bit of salt like Big shampoo. I'm also not keen on the smell...I find it a bit on the chemical side compared to other Lush stuff.

ocean salt is made more for ur face if you like really scrubby scrubs i recommend the rough with the smooth shower scrub. it is so good. luv ur vids btw.

Oatafix face mask is bomb, I have combination skin. And I’ve been trying all their cleansers to try my fave. They all are pretty good! Just ask the lush employees based on your skin type for help

I totally get what you're saying about rub, rub, rub. I need a scrubby wash just like you. I love the smell of rub, rub, rub but felt like it wasn't scrubbing enough. I noticed if I don't wet my body before putting it on it is a much better scrub vs when my skin is already wet.

Try Handy Gurugu for a hand cream. I've had extremely dry hands all my life (to wear they would just split open when moving my fingers) and it worked wonders. It doesn't smell that great in my opinion but I can overlook that since it works so well

To be honest, Rub rub rub is not insanely intense when I used it; however, I found that puting a huge amount of sea salt does make it better to use as an actual scrub.

I have really dry/sensitive skin with acne (it's a total pain) and I've tried LTGTR before. First of all, omg the smell! It's like toffee popcorn. Second, make sure when you take a piece out to use that you remove any bits of actual popcorn because they will scratch fuck out of your face. That's one thing about Lush that really bugs me. Thirdly, you will definitely have to use a toner. Sometimes I'm lazy and don't want to do the whole routine and that's why I didn't buy it again. So yeah, it's more gentle than Angels on Bare Skin but it leaves a golden residue on your skin. If you aren't a lazy sod like me you'll probably love it.

No, unfortunately not...only the black and clear tubs count. I wish if they did have something similar for the shampoo and shower gel bottles, even if it was only a free 100ml shower gel.

ugh, seriously?! When I look at the the shower jellies in clear tubs online, it still shows a photo with the "bring 5 pots back" sticker. Maybe they should take those down if they're not going to honour it. The other weekend I bought a bunch of stuff and asked for a fresh pharmacy sample. the woman at the cash, said no, they don't do samples of solid products. That was news to me because I've always gotten them. So I posted on Facebook asking since when this was they case, and thy replied that they contacted my location and told them that they're supposed to give those samples out. I took a screen shot of their reply for the next time I go in, just in case.

the self-preserving version of mask of magnaminty has got loads of honey which is gonna be good for your dry skin while helping a lot with acne as well! apart from that, the tea tree or breath of fresh air toners, angels on bare skin or ultrabland cleansers, and enzymion or vanishing cream moisturisers are all gonna be great!

For rub rub rub you shouldn't have soaking wet skin. Like just out of the shower, towel dried skin. It scrubs a lot after that.

McKenzie J personally, i prefer to break it off and crumble it in a washcloth or loofah! but you can do either it's just more convienent and seems to actually work better for me!
