It is interesting to know it isn't just me. It is worth contacting Lush about it as they are now watching my subscriptions to see what happens. I have paused both of the March boxes as I am not keen on those scents so they are watching to see what happens on 1st February. I have sent them screenshots etc. I hope they get it sorted for you too. 👍🏼

We are having the same issues over here in North America. I paused my February one and got an alert I was billed. Took me multiple requests to get a refund even though they acknowledged they are aware of an issue.

Oh I hope they resolve it soon. I still need to sort out my February box. I decided to get that instead of any items from the Valentine's range.

LUSH is a huge brand and usually their customer service is wonderful. I wonder why this started happening??? I mean, why since the “shower” version of the box has this been happening I wonder. I hope they resolve this for you very soon ❤️😊~Kim

Their customer service used to be 10/10 but it is going down unfortunately. Well response time is, as when you do message or speak to someone they all always really helpful. Staff in shops are still really efficient and cannot do enough for you. It is obviously a technical glitch online which I hope they resolve soon. Thanks for watching. 🥰

I just cancel every time I don't want a box. Maybe that's the easiest thing to do. Cancel the whole thing then resubscribe to the bath box. All my card details are stored, so it's just a matter of pressing a couple of buttons.

Lush have asked me to pause them again as they want to see what happens at their end. I don't want either of the March boxes so now they are waiting to see what happens on 1st February.....👀👀

What a shame because there are people who are new subscribers who would like to try both boxes in a few months. On the contrary, the problem that other subscribers are having is that the December box has not reached many of us and when we communicate with customer service they give us the same message over and over again, it's really a nuisance

Oh really? I didn't realise customers were missing out on boxes too. I never had a problem before so it must be something to do with the introduction of the shower box... I was so pleased they launched the shower box for everyone that doesn't have a bath but maybe they launched it too soon? Fingers crossed the issue gets resolved.

@@tricksandtreats6975 Yes, at least I have had problems receiving the December box, first because there was a high volume of orders and shipments, then because some delays occurred and then due to some storms, now the problem when one communicates with customer service is that they send a general message but it is like for customers who are waiting for their January boxes. All a nuisance and a problem

Yes. As soon as I see what will be in the box I pause that particular box for 3 months or the December box I paused both of them as I didn't like the shower gel. I even checked at the end of the month that they were still paused. I don't even get an email to say the box is on order so this January box was a complete surprise! I think I will have to cancel my subscriptions completely and then re-subscribe if I want a particular box in future.
