This song brings me memories of the time when I used to be very depressed and ill. I used to have several penfriends and one of them, an English girl, used to send me cassettes with her favourite music. That's how I discovered this song (I'm Spanish). I spent several days in hospital listening to those songs, but I used to play this one several times. Reminds me of those days, that time and some of my partners being in hospital 🥺

I completely understand differing opinions about ANY band/artist/song, etc., but in my opinion-and since everyone’s sharing... Lush was SO far ahead of their time; especially with this song. Whether it’s a revenge song aimed at someone/multiple people in particular or not. So much of their music was & still is just fun & beautiful to listen to. Love songs about cars?! Lighthearted, & adorable. At least they were (& still are) authentic with their own style! I know a lot of misogynistic men that feel threatened, haters or people who just don’t care for them won’t agree. That’s fine. Like Emma said, that’s music! We all have different tastes.
