Since discovering retention, I started to read philosophy, solving mathematics, started doing muay thai, boxing, running marathons. I quit playind video games cold turkey. My life changed 180 degrees. I cannot believe how much I am changed just in 6 months. Do the same. If you do y have a hobby, get one asap. If you have a hobby, get another one. Oh you have 2 hobbies ? Get 3rd one ! As a human, everything is your birthright on this planet and you are whining, complaining that it is hard to retain ???
