Sadhguruji made me feel, that Im doing my best to grow spiritually and all we have to do is to master our mind and senses like how we've learnt to bike or drive better. They say that anger, emotions are measure sticks to know how attached we are to our body. The more water of self love and devotion we pour into a tea/coffee stained cup, it'll eventually become a clean cup and transparent water. So let's go on with our sadhana. Absolutely! So many people I know act like sex is not real, despite loving to do it mindlesly. They become something and then it doesn't matter to them. But to be present with your lover as you were the whole time you were meeting, eating, sleeping working, playing, bonding with them, and having a continual line of continuity in the relationship throughout the sex makes it as real as it should be. Like an extension of cuddling.

Satsang is a great place to sleep 😂😂 I remember my mother when she was doing her Yoga classes. One day, the instructor was teaching the ladies Yog Nidra. They were to be laid down and meditate (kind of like Narayana Vasudev is portrayed). My mother experienced a mystical feeling during the process which she still can't explain till today. She said her whole body felt like a stone and she couldn't move it. It was like "leaving" the body as she had reached some other dimension of consciousness. The thought of that scared her so much she opened her eyes with a start. She was bittersweet at the feeling of coming back, but nonetheless the feeling of the unknown can scare any human being. But the most funny part was when she looked around to see that almost all the ladies had fallen asleep (some were even snoring loudly) and the instructor lady was facepalming herself 😂😂😂
