Sadhguruji made me feel, that Im doing my best to grow spiritually and all we have to do is to master our mind and senses like how we've learnt to bike or drive better. They say that anger, emotions are measure sticks to know how attached we are to our body. The more water of self love and devotion we pour into a tea/coffee stained cup, it'll eventually become a clean cup and transparent water. So let's go on with our sadhana. A rock might break on 20th blow, but that doesn't mean the previous 19 blows were useless! No, they were very important in building our strength and reaching our different stages and goals.✨🙏✨

Nothing to feel ashamed off , it's natural instinct . Society pressure makes u hide , n not express openly . Within ur mind u can analyse it n find to fulfill it . Gradually u will evolve to conduct yourself consciously n seek the higher self n find peace ❤ ❤❤❤❤

Absolutely! So many people I know act like sex is not real, despite loving to do it mindlesly. They become something and then it doesn't matter to them. But to be present with your lover as you were the whole time you were meeting, eating, sleeping working, playing, bonding with them, and having a continual line of continuity in the relationship throughout the sex makes it as real as it should be. Like an extension of cuddling.

•There"s so much I could say and elaborate on however I'll keep it simple: I so appreciate Sadhguru's humor specifically relating to sexuality. ~Embracing your sexuality is such a beautiful feeling. It's the flowing of juices enmeshing through your veins.Yet the key is to channel your energy into ways which do not consciously affect yourself. Exactly Own it and be your own driver. 🏵️

Blind Western culture adoption is destroying a large number of youth in our country, thank you so much Sadhguru for showing us the light of truth. A human being can do everything consciously 🙏
@swaushort Жыл бұрын
We blame West for everything, are we making our choices, or they? If anything, Science and technology develop in the West to a larger extent, if they gave themselves up to senses, they would never attain that. Whereas we claiming to know everything, never give up our sensual drives, for more active pursuits.

ON BODY Body means different things to different people. For a child, the body and its functions are unfamiliar and new. A child is coming to terms with the body's basic functions and is learning how to maintain and preserve it. For the youth the body is a vehicle fuelled by hormones and all it takes to Hijack the attention of the youth is Handsome face or Svelt body. For someone in the middle age, the body begins to reveal it's true quality, transient and temporary. Limbs, organs and parts of the body one's unworthy of notice now begins to nag and demand consideration. For the Old, body means Pain and difficulty. -Sadhguru

Satsang is a great place to sleep 😂😂 I remember my mother when she was doing her Yoga classes. One day, the instructor was teaching the ladies Yog Nidra. They were to be laid down and meditate (kind of like Narayana Vasudev is portrayed). My mother experienced a mystical feeling during the process which she still can't explain till today. She said her whole body felt like a stone and she couldn't move it. It was like "leaving" the body as she had reached some other dimension of consciousness. The thought of that scared her so much she opened her eyes with a start. She was bittersweet at the feeling of coming back, but nonetheless the feeling of the unknown can scare any human being. But the most funny part was when she looked around to see that almost all the ladies had fallen asleep (some were even snoring loudly) and the instructor lady was facepalming herself 😂😂😂

Becoming conscious is the solution to every goddamn problem we have on this planet and it's also the most difficult thing to do because one moment we are here and the next moment we are elsewhere. Try this tonight, when you go to sleep try to watch the last moment when you shift from wakefulness to sleep. Most of us miss it so easily. That's where Yoga come into play. It helps you to understand and conduct every small aspect consciously. Once you sleep consciously, you can also die consciously. Pranams Sadhguru for speaking about just about every aspect of life. 🙏 It's genuinely his compassion for all beings that he's doing this. Each one of us are forever indebted to him 🙏🙏🙏🙌
