Sadhguruji made me feel, that Im doing my best to grow spiritually and all we have to do is to master our mind and senses like how we've learnt to bike or drive better. They say that anger, emotions are measure sticks to know how attached we are to our body. The more water of self love and devotion we pour into a tea/coffee stained cup, it'll eventually become a clean cup and transparent water. So let's go on with our sadhana. A rock might break on 20th blow, but that doesn't mean the previous 19 blows were useless! No, they were very important in building our strength and reaching our different stages and goals.✨🙏✨

We blame West for everything, are we making our choices, or they? If anything, Science and technology develop in the West to a larger extent, if they gave themselves up to senses, they would never attain that. Whereas we claiming to know everything, never give up our sensual drives, for more active pursuits.

Absolutely! So many people I know act like sex is not real, despite loving to do it mindlesly. They become something and then it doesn't matter to them. But to be present with your lover as you were the whole time you were meeting, eating, sleeping working, playing, bonding with them, and having a continual line of continuity in the relationship throughout the sex makes it as real as it should be. Like an extension of cuddling.

•There"s so much I could say and elaborate on however I'll keep it simple: I so appreciate Sadhguru's humor specifically relating to sexuality. ~Embracing your sexuality is such a beautiful feeling. It's the flowing of juices enmeshing through your veins.Yet the key is to channel your energy into ways which do not consciously affect yourself. Exactly Own it and be your own driver. 🏵️

ON BODY Body means different things to different people. For a child, the body and its functions are unfamiliar and new. A child is coming to terms with the body's basic functions and is learning how to maintain and preserve it. For the youth the body is a vehicle fuelled by hormones and all it takes to Hijack the attention of the youth is Handsome face or Svelt body. For someone in the middle age, the body begins to reveal it's true quality, transient and temporary. Limbs, organs and parts of the body one's unworthy of notice now begins to nag and demand consideration. For the Old, body means Pain and difficulty. -Sadhguru

Satsang is a great place to sleep 😂😂 I remember my mother when she was doing her Yoga classes. One day, the instructor was teaching the ladies Yog Nidra. They were to be laid down and meditate (kind of like Narayana Vasudev is portrayed). My mother experienced a mystical feeling during the process which she still can't explain till today. She said her whole body felt like a stone and she couldn't move it. It was like "leaving" the body as she had reached some other dimension of consciousness. The thought of that scared her so much she opened her eyes with a start. She was bittersweet at the feeling of coming back, but nonetheless the feeling of the unknown can scare any human being. But the most funny part was when she looked around to see that almost all the ladies had fallen asleep (some were even snoring loudly) and the instructor lady was facepalming herself 😂😂😂

Great Question. Answer: Enjoy Sexual Pleasure. Once you realize Sexual Pleasure gives you bliss, joy and happiness you have no reason to label it what it's not. Shame, comes from somewhere else. Most likely a place of fear and confusion. Once you realize sexual pleasure is beneficial to the human experience, you don't have to fear it. But to participate with consenting adults.

@@parthasarathi1711 yes so there.।।। The best medicine is brahmacharya.. Westerners would write long articles on benifits of sex but not about these issues never about benifits of brahmacharya.।। The only answer I would say is not expecting anything from the other ones and giving them everything with love.।। Gradually they'd understand.।। Coz that's what love is.।। Renunciation.।। It's better to find someone who's spiritually oriented.।। Peace should be the priority and a bit of ego management which is difficult for a few.।।

Becoming conscious is the solution to every goddamn problem we have on this planet and it's also the most difficult thing to do because one moment we are here and the next moment we are elsewhere. Try this tonight, when you go to sleep try to watch the last moment when you shift from wakefulness to sleep. Most of us miss it so easily. That's where Yoga come into play. It helps you to understand and conduct every small aspect consciously. Once you sleep consciously, you can also die consciously. Pranams Sadhguru for speaking about just about every aspect of life. 🙏 It's genuinely his compassion for all beings that he's doing this. Each one of us are forever indebted to him 🙏🙏🙏🙌

"receives the Gene" well you can not call anything "love making" if that is your thought process, As for Joy and suffering, you will learn that you cannot have one without the other, it is everywhere in life, if you have bliss there must be suffering, if you have suffering there must be bliss, ying yang, above below, heaven and earth, good and evil, light and dark, right and wrong, female and male, cosmic dualism, call it what you will, happy sad, wet dry, it goes on and on, how do you know what good "is" if you do not have the comparrison which is "bad" the opposite, otherwise you would not know what good was. We must carefully watch what information we are fed, and that which is seeked to learn for oneself.

The only way to feel shame about expressing your sexuality is when you force yourself on others, bring pain to another or are insincere and dishonest with someone who is your partner.

Feeling shame about sexual desires is a common issue that many people face. It is important to understand that everyone has their own unique sexual desires and fantasies. Here are some ways to handle shame about sexual desires: 1. Normalize your desires: Remember that having sexual desires is completely normal and common. It is important to understand that there is no one "right" or "wrong" way to feel about your desires. However, if your desires are causing you distress or impacting your day-to-day life, it may be helpful to speak with a therapist. 2. Practice self-compassion: Try not to judge yourself harshly for your desires. Instead, practice self-compassion and treat yourself with kindness and understanding. Remind yourself that you are not alone in your experiences. 3. Approach it with curiosity: Instead of feeling ashamed of your desires, try to approach them with curiosity. Explore what it is that turns you on and try to understand why. This can help you become more comfortable with your desires and may even lead to a more fulfilling sex life. 4. Seek support: If you are still struggling with shame about your desires, consider seeking support from a therapist or counselor who can help you work through these feelings in a safe and nonjudgmental space.

I see your perspective, but I think this really misses the point and goal of what he's saying about evolving out and away from this whole compulsive area. Not to go into agreement with it more and find justifications.
