I wish my hair was as thick as yours. I recently tried a wash and go on my grey hair. I used Ampro Pro Styl Curl Enhancer Gel Activator for Extra Dry Hair. I used Can't Shea Butter leave in conditioner after washing my hair,then applied the gel section by section. I was pretty pleased! My stayed moisturized for a week!.

The initial day 1 looked so youthful and fun, like a child ready to play and run around. Your neutral makeup and eyeliner was gorgeous! You have the most beautiful grey hairline that I have ever seen. My grey and I are not friends right now. It's coming in slow but all up in everyone's face. It's sparse, curly, at hairline and doesn't contrast well with my dark brown hair or my dyed auburn hair. It's resistant even to dye for grey hair. My friend has been hair cover wands in the meantime. I hope my greys will one day look close as good as yours. You're beautiful!

Curl activators are very watery waterr-based products and work best on dry hair or dry hair that has been "lightly" sprayed with water. Beautiful ❤️ and thanks for sharing 😊

I love it! Your hair tutorials are easy to follow step. Now, I just have to learn how to do makeup. I am almost 50 and I do not own any makeup aside from mascara and an eyebrow brush (I actually know how to tweeze my brows). I guess I need to start a bucket list....#1. Learn how to do my face.

Thank you Carla for your honest opinion. I think if someone decides to do this, you have to figure out what works best for your hair’s density. I have a medium to fine texture (as far as coarseness). I had to put on that much product to get any kind of result. Now, you may not require as much... keep in mind, this was my first time doing this! I had no clue what I was doing😂😂😂. I’ve been testing it out because I think it is a good method ‘for me’ throughout the week. But I totally understand how you feel sis! Thank you so much for your comment 😘

Love your results! I used the blue gel for the first time and it was way to wet and I didn't use that much! The results were good, though... Made 50 this yr, but I only have very few grey hairs! Ms. Lady that hair was pretty! Curls were popping! When you turned around for us to see the back i was like WOW! Looking good! I think you should sit under dryer right after you finished applying products to your hair so it wont be so wet. Day 7 BOMB!!! Also i have gray hair on my and it has a mind of its own. I think the style you're used to seeing is more volume with your hair. The overall initial look is a great look on you. Seven days later is what you're usually accustomed to but overall the hairstyles were nice. The seven day look, very pretty. I tried this I could not style it, so I didn't like it, too sticky So I rinsed it out, and co washed it with some conditionet and put some leave in conditioner and a little oil then put it in some twists . After watching you, I am going to try again. I was wondering about using edge control for the edges ? Also o.I am almost all grey could being so grey be a factor?

Hey Deborah!! Grey could definitely be the issue because of the different texture some of us encounter. I happen to have an issue with wiry greys that tend not to have any pattern. So, with that said there is a strong possibility that certain sections won’t react. I don’t fret over having perfect curls or results from Twistouts or from this technique .... I just go with the flow. If you like your results, that’s all that matters
