i really like the sinker mahogany for back and sides. my d18 isn't quite to the level of Jewitt guitars but the sinker really makes it have a different unique and beautiful voice. I'm lucky to have found it a couple years ago. Jewitt is where I'd spend my money for a boutique handmade guitar.

So much respect for Mr. Jeff Jewitt! Would love to hear a demo of that engelmann/sinker guitar. I still think about that 000 12-fret of his that I played while at Carter Vintage 😃
