This looks good on her. I just got mine. It’s not out of the box ready and does have a smell. This is my first lace front, I own two headband wigs. I was hoping I could just throw it on, but I’ll do it like this and hope it looks better. Doesn’t look like mine has a part in it 😢 This was the reason I bought it. Kinda sad but maybe I can follow this vid and make it look good.

This unit is for sure not out the box ready. Has to be defined and played with. There is lace for a part. If it is not already there, you can part it yourself. It’s a really easy unit to work with. Good luck!

Hello Stephanie: Thank you, for your review. I like how you give a detail review including the pros and cons. I am a new viewer, and I have never owned a human hair wig. I recently purchased the human hair 8” left part black curly wig. ( I am a Taurean, it was a Birthday present to me. My Birthday is coming up soon.) I am writing down the products, that you are using; to maintain the wig. I have one question. How often should a curly wig be washed? I am retired, so I won’t be wearing my wig everyday. Thanks again , take care Stephanie.

Thank you so much for watching and welcome to my channel. I do not wash my curly units very often. It just depends on the look I am going for. The smaller the curl pattern, the less often I wash it. Just keep an eye on it. If it gets too fuzzy for your liking, wash it. And if you do not wear it often, then you can stretch it out further.

I want to try but I've never cut a lace or anything. Looks good though.

Thank you! Pick up some pinking shears and just cut straight across the lace.

Thanks for your review! I have the same unit, but my part is on the left side. I didn’t know about a co wash, I love the 4C edges! ❤ What can I use on my hair to make the curls more define? Maybe I didn’t put enuff lotta body on it. It looks beautiful in the morning after I wet it but by afternoon it starts to look like an Afro. Should I wash it and use some of that conditioner you were talking about? I don’t have a flat brush but I do have a very wide tooth comb. Thanks for sharing!

Hi, I thought I already responded to your comment, but I guess I didn’t send it. Your styling tools and products make a world of difference. Cowash the unit and follow my instructions to define the curls. You will need to use a flat brush or denman brush. A wide tooth comb will not produce the same type of curls. Hope this helps.

How did you minimize the gap in the back?
@StephanieNicoleH Жыл бұрын
I didn’t. Just fluffed the hair to disguise it.

I love it. Is the side part permanent?
@StephanieNicoleH Жыл бұрын
No, it is free parting.

For some reason, I just can’t stand to use the combs in wigs. So uncomfortable. This is beautiful on you.

Was this a sponsored wig? It looks different on the site
@StephanieNicoleH Жыл бұрын
This video is sponsored. It’s all in how you style the unit. Which is why I included how I defined the curls. This is not what the unit looks like straight out the box.

I don’t understand why they can’t make a wig with edges to match the hair. Why can’t a 3B wig have 3B edges?

Please make clear as to how many inches it!! You mentioned, in your presentation, 12 inches & 14 inches???? Very important detail you you didn't make clear
@StephanieNicoleH Жыл бұрын
Sorry about that. It is 12”. It is clarified in the description box.
@margiesandles6304 Жыл бұрын
@StephanieNicoleH Thank you sooo much for your reply. It looked nice on you. I wanted to order it, but of course, I needed to know the correct inches. Again, thank you.😊

Lotta body and a denman brush or flat brush and let it air dry overnight will do the trick. The tools you use are just as important as the products. Follow my process with how I define the curls and you will be good to go.
