Dear she did that. Watch the CCTV footage. She called at the first instance and from the discussions you can see that she is a regular customer of the shop. Probably the error on the owners part was to have subsequently called the customer and continuously render another apology as well as communicate to the customer the remedial measures taken. However the customer really took it far and did not try any way to protect the business

I visited one sometime ago, & they insulted me from left to right all because I came with guy!!!! I somewhat understood it. I recorded them, played it to my ex when he came to pick me up & he went back to ask them “why do they keep disgracing ewes like this”! It’s really bad!
