He countered zed in every way. Rushing zhonyas instead of mythic for first item was the key. Perfectly played by him. If you see almost every team fight he stands in the middle of the fight trying to soak some dmg and let his teammates do their thing. Even when he was ahead nobody targeted him because enemy knew he has barrier, zhonya, soraka ult and a shield. Most of Lux players stay aside and wonder why they teammates die so quickly, this guy gets it perfectly, damage distribution from the enemy team must be split somehow between your team. GG, I really liked this play.
