Luxardo Liqueurs - More Than Maraschino Episode 7: Aperitivo Cocktail

Originated in the late 1800s in Austria, the Spritz is a light and refreshing, low alcohol cocktail perfect for sipping all day. Francesco's take on the Spritz takes into account the Italian tradition of Aperitivo. Aperitivo is both an event, social gathering or time of day, typically before a meal, as well as the type of drink you might consume at such a gathering.
INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Elderflower flavored soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Build in a large wine goblet.
Garnish with lemon verbena.
