I returned the Vivid because of the purple tint

Yeah I heard some people are seeing purple in the Tint. I haven't personally, but it seems maybe some batches might have that coloring

Have you used the regular vivid tint. I used it on a pretty simple light. The install was easy and went great but the film looked terrible. The glue pattern was very visible and it a bad orange peel too it. Was curious if the Ultimate was much better.

I have used their regular premium+ line prior to their Ultimate Tint. You can see the "orange peel" pattern after install, but in my experience, after a few weeks exposed to light and heat, the orange peel goes away.
