As beautiful as this presentation of this property is. I believe it is way over priced as much as 1 million over. You can buy property here in Costa Rica and build way more house with an ocean view. Just my opinion of what I have seen here. As they say here in Costa Rica. Easy to buy and hell to sell.

It surely doesn't cost $2m to build a tiny home on a tiny lot in Toronto - demand dictates that price. And right now, there are no lots for sale on Cinco Ventanas and hardly any ocean view properties with this view and size available at all. It borders a river, the landscaping is mature and incredible. And this home is solid concrete, which many builders cannot afford to replicate these days. This home may not be priced for you but we guarantee that someone will see the value in this. Some sellers are willing to wait for the perfect match for their beloved properties.
