I love this layout and colour but for my style i would add the half bath and the washer dryer in the garage and if possible fit in a mini bar. I prefer the L shape sofa but i would extend the kitchen counter right where the sofa ends and add a wine chiller built in. I don't need to carry toys so i prefer it this way for entertainment. Very nice work by Luxe and good luck to the new owner.

Oh my Deb, I never realized a toy hauler could be so cozy looking and inviting. How wonderful to know that the soft touch walls can be used in the toy hauler; for sure it makes a big difference. Also the change in the cupboards (pantry and shorter cupboard by stove) it totally solves some questions/problems I had with the unit. The Croys did a lot of thinking on this one and it shows. As usual Deb, you make these videos really wonderful to watch and listen to. Thank you for your attention to detail. I've written down all of the little things the Croys did; this is one I need to stay mindful of. Even the paint is perfect. P.S. Almost forgot. Don't think I've ever seen that hitch before, what brand and name is it?? Thanks Deb

We have been looking for a front bath toy hauler for a year now, and we retire next year. I would love to see that in a Luxe. But I don't like the low back dinette. Great video BTW.

Deb, I have a question. The bedroom is really nice but can the washer and dryer be installed on top of the dressers in the closet (one on top of each dresser). With the dressers being made a little wider so they are the full width/space of the closet from the back to the closet door? Also, what is behind the cabinet doors on the dresser now that is inside the dresser slide? Are they just shelves, or can sliding drawers be put inside? Thank you Deb. I'm getting closer to being able to sell my home. Have a lot of the painting done. Receiving new LUXE video's keeps me motivated. Receiving this video was a game changer for me. When I purchase, I've always had in mind to start up my photography business again. Ar first I concluded the 42RE would be perfect, I could put my large printer in the closet. But decided that wasn't a very good idea. I've been toying with the idea of a toy hauler for sometime. I could use the toy hauler part as an office. But most don't have a very good kitchen. I at first thought of the LUXE toy hauler but your kitchen didn't have a pantry or a place for my coffee station. But then you sent me this video. That changed everything. Even the Wainscoting would be perfect for the office. I'm hopeful again.
