This place is insane..I love it. I prefer the bathtub in the second bathroom to the one in the Master Bathroom. But the entrance to the Master Bedroom and the Master Bathroom are like nothing I've ever seen. Better than a 250 million dollar Penthouse in NYC on TV last week 🥰

Beautiful presentation. Great job!!! 8:03-8:10 The bathroom is super cramped not spacious at all. You can literally wash your hands in the sink while doing #2. For 33 millions dollars, a full en suite bathroom (not a visitor washroom) is expected in every room. The penthouse feels more like a hotel room than a home. 10:00-10:30 That’s exactly how a bathroom in a 33 million dollars house should look like. 11:11-11:20 Same problem. Bathroom is too small 11:38 Tiny bathroom again!

For the price of 33 million and for such a space of 1115 m2, there is no office, no chef's kitchen, no cinema room, no game room, no storage rooms anywhere in sight. Only 1 powder room in such a space. Only one bathroom with a glass window panel... Shame! Of everything you showed in this penthouse, the only thing that is beautiful and worth it, is you and your nice presentation! You're amazing! Go ahead, baby! ❤

Beautiful place! Interesting hearing talk of the views….every photo I see of Dubai, whether from the Palms or a skyscraper like this, has a view that’s so foggy, it’s hard to see much. Does this come from natural weather/heat that creates a fog/haze, or is it more of an industrial smog affect? Seems like a big deterrent to the whole area.

I see videos of those amazing homes on the palm, in excess of $30mill, where the skies are never clear, and I imagine the ocean water doesn't flow super well around the palm fronds. Curiously enough, there is never anyone on the beaches or playing out in the water in any of the videos I've seen. Might be a reason.
