Very beautiful villa, but as we can see, real estate developers do not give enough space for greenery. A larger garden would be perfect a space where children would be able to play around the whole day without worrying. I think for $21 million, you should have a perfect, large space with a tennis court or a basketball court. $21 million just for a building and a small garden around the villa is really not enough for a large family. The villa is perfect, but the garden space should be something bigger and wider. Please Next time, show us the street level and surrounding neighborhood. It would be nice to see the total.
