I was fortunate to be a shop rat at a taxi cab company. The mechanic was trained by the military to fix anything that broke on an all burning engine. All burning means every type of fuel from jet fuel, and AVgas to vegetable oil and methanol. Back in 1986, we didn't have the internet. My brother taught me to use separate sandwich bags for parts. Dan, the mechanic, taught me to lay everything out in order of removal and to clean everything before reassembling whatever we were repairing. It helped that I had a sort of eidetic memory, and I could replay events in my mind. It is a gift and a curse because emotions are connected to memories, and some memories can cause ptsd. ❤

Yeah people tell me how I am awesome (some did judge me and told me its BS) for having perfect memory, yeah it's awesome but also NOT because my life was a hell for most part and there is barely anything good really worth left remembering ... I remember and know enough to know better but the personal stuff it's just a huge burden in my head ... Wish there is a switch, to remember good stuff and useful info and just erase all the trash in there! Now that would be amazing.

@@minmogrovingstrongandhealthyin some people memorization is more or less a passive ability. In other words their memorization can be viewed as unhealthy obsessions with insignificant things, but in reality they just have really, really good memories that encode information without effort. Yep, they don't have to put effort into memorization. You already know that since you have a good memory or you say you do, I wouldn't know. But anyway others don't because of the rarity of good memories, and because even if they came across it they'd reduce it to whatever's compatible with their own individual psychic composition's beliefs. They may outright even deny its existence, or reduce it to hard work, or mental health issues. Anyway I suspect PTSD isn't associated with good memory, for reasons that I can't express at the moment. Yes there's an extreme tendency for people to have horrible experiences seared into their brain, but that's not because they have good memories. I think it has to do with the severity of the trauma.

From 6:30 on...??? It always gets sketchy - when you "know" that you know - absolutely nothing, about what you are "about" to do, however - none of us will see your mistake, if it doesn't work (as you wouldn't be foolish enough to post a video of that would you? Which tells all of us how LITTLE you know, about what you are about to do. THE BEST WAY to remember which cable, or pipegoes where - is to video everything you do, to have some way to "gat it back" to original. Good luck with that - as I tend to forget about video'ing the crucial steps, and have that massive hole (mind blank) when the video actually doesn't help "later" when needed the most - because - well you edited that bit out, with it having no talking, or took too long to do, or your camera person flicked the viewer around, when someone came in, the phone rang, someone farted - who gives a toss, THEY didn't fim you taking THAT pipe off (WHERE?)

@harrypeterson92875 ай бұрын
Methanol will give around a 30% boost in power over gasoline and is a fairly safe swap in most engines. Nitromethane will destroy the average engine quickly.

All you need to do is get a fuel pressure regulator that has a boost reference on it and that way it will increase your fuel pressure as boost goes up stopping it from blowing the fuel out of the carburetor because once the boost overcomes the fuel pressure it just starts blowing the fuel either back the line which it really can't because of the needle and seat so it ends up blowing it out the vents and down into the motor causing it to run extremely rich until fuel runs out so the simplest way because it doesn't seem like you're 100% competent of doing that system where you put the carburetor on top of the blower it's so much easier to just put a fuel pressure regulator inline that has a boost reference input on it literally you put the regulator inline you run the line to a boost reference and you're done well adjust it then you're done
