Two dream condos are Bentley Residence and Porsche Design Tower but now I wouldn’t live in either even if you paid me….. EV fires.. without a doubt a major concern for every resident in these places.

I would like to live here I worked with my team in 2020. I really like all the cars brands that my family owns and the designer ones I own. Well that they gave for me to do . Mostly . I like vehicles. I thought I was getting a o e year wedding anniversary rolls Royce from the ole Cameron Pratt in 2020 .

I still didn’t get to do my pods hotel idea for the homeless for foulger Pratt that they Sharon tated I would do . I created software I didn’t get to use to do it. I did open a hotel like that similar in Tokyo in 2020 from the people I’m related to there. not from the homeless and one similar at Disney but it’s not owned by foulger Pratt.

Why not just make every floor the same size? I'd much rather have a big terrace at the top of the building. OK, so the exterior wouldn't look as "cool", but you ain't lookin' at it when you're inside anyway.

Tell us about all the special condo fees that everybody’s going to be hit with when it comes to the reserves because this thing is sitting way too close to the beach. Here in Orlando, several condos just got assessed with special fees upward in the millions of dollars one was assessed for 22 million extra fees because of the construction processcondo no thanks

I like how they have $2 wall outlets in a multi-million dollar condo. No attention to detail. Replace them all the outlets with black Dual USB Type C & Type A Ports. So tacky.

Absolutely agree! First thing I noticed. Makes me wonder if Bentleys still have the old tacky cassette players in them! You would think they would have more tech and wireless charging on the island
