The planning is well-done, but this design is more suited to a lavish hotel than a home. The interiors are overly extravagant, with excessive lighting and unnecessary expenditures. The heavy use of wood, particularly teak, is not environmentally friendly and impractical, especially for bathroom doors and wet areas. Over time, wood will naturally deteriorate if not properly maintained. Including a swimming pool feels like an unnecessary addition and a waste of valuable resources. The idea of not changing the water for two years is unrealistic-scientifically, it’s impossible to keep stagnant water in an open area clean for more than 30 days. Moreover, it requires significant maintenance. Step up kitchen in the same floor is not suitable for kids who keep running around and if there are old parents with wheel chairs/walkers at home. Again very much impractical. All in all, This is an expensive buy with lot of additional expenditure on regular maintenance.

Build a house (who knows what quality of cement, bricks, steel is used inside) and then call some youtuber to make a video and say they built it for themselves but for some reason they're selling it. I see these things regularly near my place. 4-5 such properties. Anyone who thinks of buying such houses is better off purchasing land and building their own house and will still save money.
