It’s very high priced we are shooting for cash payment but this is just WAYYYYY overpriced with no covered lanai???? And not even enough cement laid out for big lanai so that’s added cost 💲 💲💲💲😲😲😲

This one is in a different area in Ocala that is not too far from Marion Oaks. Homes are a little more expensive but the area is what increases pricing. I do have more economical homes in Marion Oaks that are coming soon :) Options for everyone

Love the home, but there's no screen lani attached to the home, wouldn't be able to enjoy the outdoor without getting bit up by bugs mosquitoes ETC. PS it's also overpriced, homes will be coming down even more.
