Maintaince is big concern sab kuch teek hai lekin flat size itna small kyu hai customer ke bare me nahi socha is project me only loan is attraction aapko Ghar me rehna hai loan me nahi

The kitchen design/finish, specially the placement of the sink is sub-par. Balconies are not wide enough to place any furniture. Bathrooms do not have any storage for toiletries. I would not consider this a penthouse which usually is the epitome of luxury. This is not a penthouse. It's an apartment with access to the rooftop. Disappointing.
