At 11.5 Crore & after paying stamp duty registration 1% Brokerge it will come close to under 13 Crores why will any pay 13 Crore for 3 BHK near Khar Telephone Exchange where average property rate is 40/50k PSF depending on the age of property, location, quality of construction & proper paper work. This property rate should not be more than 8 crores given that it has 1400 Square feet garage space, property is more than 15 years old that also with OC so paying 8 crore is also a huge risk better to get a apartment in new construction in this area with OC which will cost u around 7/8 crores.

Cheap Antilia.. balconies are not even 2.5 feet braod.. insted car space 1400sft😂 ... looks like all space used in rooms😂 people selling locality rather than their property .. common terrace also selling 😅 Furniture is as slim as Urfi Javed 😊.
