You have a high-quality builder for this house. How do I know this? The kitchen has a window. The kitchen has a side door that is easy access for grilling outside! The secondary bath has a window. The secondary bath has a vanity that real people can 'use' because it has drawers and extra countertop space. The garage has a side door so that you don't have to open the big door if you just want to come and go while you are working in the yard. Most every builder will NEVER include the items I listed above, but this one did. Additionally, the price for this home is insanely a GREAT value. The only thing this builder did wrong was that small pantry. It is way too small. However, I can forgive that due to all the other things that were included. The Marion Oaks area has only one drawback. Every shopping you need is in reality about 20 minutes drive away. However, for the value of this house.....a person should be willing to drive a little bit in order to save a lot.

The builder is a husband and wife duo. They only build 3-4 houses per year. They did build a 3 bedroom home but that already sold. They only have 1- 4 bedroom house left.

Nice presentation …I agree with the rest of the people about the negative things or the way we would of want it ,but I would also add the designs on the tiles in the bathroom walls . I think it would of look better plain tiles or maybe with a different one that goes better. Nice home anyways

Who is the builder of this home. Nice home love the tile throughout but i noticed there are no linen closets for either of the bathrooms. Also the pantry is too small - way too small. The bedroom doors should open out not in - they take up too much space in the walk-ins when you push them open. Do you have any other listings that have all these features included?

There should be no offense to you as a realtor, but I've lived in Miami my whole life and this just looks like a standard overly-compensating and pretentious Hialeah house. Boring, uninspired and utterly lacking realistic functionality, so you over-emphasize an expansive window, and the "size" of the living room are just not landing.
