Nice house, great presentation, lots of information. Awesome home, we were purchasing one in Marion Oaks but the septic was in the entire back yard, you do need to update the pricing on your breakdown, you have it at 315K.

City water? Sewage? Well and septic tank? IF a well, then what size well (2" or 4" or 6") and how deep? Is there a filtration system for the well water? IF there is a well. Are the Windows considered Hurricane resistant? If the FEMA FLOOD ZONE "X"? What deed restrictions are there? Can the buyer get a USDA LOAN?

Hi George. So this home is on city water and has a septic thank. I can confirm the size for you. Yes the windows are considered resistant per the county requirements. It is in a FEMA flood zone X and you are able to purchase with a USDA loan.

Insurance varies but I work with an insurance broker to find the best prices. Typically it is under $1000 for New homes. I do not show homes in a flood zone so we do not have to worry about flood insurance but if you would like to add it typically it costs about $15/month additional. Property Taxes vary anywhere from 0.55%-1.69%. I will say they are really low in Ocala. Please let me know if you have any questions. 🙂

Ocala is on average 69ft above sea level. Most of it not in a flood zone. A few pocketed flood zones for the people near retention ponds; things like that.
