I've listened to a LOT of white-noise videos since I started becoming obsessed with them over the past few months, and THIS one -- this one, right here -- is among the top-most relaxing. It's way up at the top of my list.

try mixing them. Open this one, then open another Tab/window with KZbin on. Then Load a Thunder or Starship Rumble. You can adjust sound levels to how you like. I like chugging machines n Thunder, with Computer room bleeps on an abandoned Space Station. You can alter speeds etc, i like to slow some down, like angelic choir music. You can Make AWESOME mixes. Even have them coming out different speakers etc.

Sorry for being picky but the title feels misleading, this isn't Tokyo! The sirens (police/ambulance/etc) sound completely different, lots of specific noises characteristic to the Tokyo landscape are not present Great track/recording none the less!
