Inside the apartment it is very modern and outside the architecture is medieval and this combination of modern and old is interesting. The windows are also large and spacious. Florence, Land of my ancestors.

Well explained respecting the freedom of dealing with bureaucracy relating to restoration. Must say I would rather different lighting and furniture but that is personal choice so the vendors have gone for the whitened look with non-descript furniture which can always be changed in time. I would have to have a bath installed in one of the bathrooms. Superb position.

Great space with beautiful frescos. To bad the interior designers have Zero clue as to what to do with it. This will need a complete renovation and figure out how to not have a kitchen in a closet. I will say that the other recent video with the 1000 year old castle was done perfectly. So Beautiful.

Hola Danilo, The building is beautiful, but it feels cold and stale inside, not to mention the boring furniture. Whoever staged the apartment did a bad job. The entrance to the building is also lacking the wow factor and charm. For 3 mill +, I will take my money somewhere else. Thanks for sharing.✨

The building is beautiful and wonderfully restored. The furnishings are lovely and high quality, but boringly bland in this space. I would not want the furniture. The pieces each on their own are beautiful, but together are not welcoming. You can have too much of a good thing. Maybe some large colorful art pieces might warm it up. It is quite sterile. I admire all the wonderful work that was done. Would like to see more space delegated to the kitchens in these homes. No real prep space for someone who doesn't want to eat all meals in restaurants. Great presentation as always. Thanks

The LED lighting is stressful. For the age and history it seems the interior is not what I would expect.. I would hire a historian interior designer to completely re do it.

The kitchen is a disaster, the stark white powder room was perfect for a hospital, and the bizarre modern fixtures were tacky at best. This was a vulgar, tasteless renovation. Sad.

What a horrible kitchen, looks totally cheap. The mainroom has no warmth at all. The furniture would probably look nice in another apartment, but not in this one. The whole apartment is done with absolutely no taste, a very bad interior designer has been working here. If you have to live in this apartment you get depressed.
