Marvelous, I could easily call this property home. The panorama of colors both interior and exterior is breathtaking. Every video scene is a picture postcard. I must admit, I clicked over to the Lionard Luxury website to double-check the photographic views. What a surprise, the top photo carousel on the website is so revealing. The complex craftsmanship of the stained glasswork, the plaster detail of the ceilings, and the design of the flooring are immaculate. I fully agree with previous comments, this property ranks in the top ten best presentations. I love it! And Stefanie, I love you madly ... from your opening "Check it out" to your native Italian language fillers to your closing kiss and "Ciao" ... absolutely the best! --from Gregorio in New York.

Hi Michael, it was a choice of the owners. In Italy it is not obligatory write the exact price and in this way one has a range to base their considerations on. Obviously if one has a serious interest in the property we are more then welcome to provide the price when contacted - Stefanie

I love the segment of the grounds of the property, and the view towards the fort, well I liked the whole video but that was my favorite part the walk trough the wood, the bamboos, the olives, more enjoyable by Stefanie's presence there. The interiors are charming, I liked in particular the stained glass windows, the tiled floors, the breakfast room on the main house, so inviting, also the kitchen of the guesthouse. Cute finale by Stefanie.

This has to be one of the most beautiful residences ever presented by Lionard. The interior colors are like an impressionist painting. Love, in particular, the dining room with the gorgeous Murano chandelier. Stefanie, just curious, does Lionard use one designer to stage these great homes?
