Since its establishment in 1987 under the creative direction of Flora Di Menna, this Toronto based Interior Design firm has garnered numerous awards for excellence in design for luxury residences, model homes and suites, corporate offices, and Condo amenity, sales centre and public spaces.
Flora Di Menna and her team are renowned for their lavish interior designs executed on time, and on budget. But clients also know and love them for the flawless execution of those designs, thanks to the comprehensive planning, obsessive attention to detail and wise choice of furnishings that are usually custom designed by FDM.
FDM’s approach is to treat every project individually, so that every design is tailored to the specific client and works within their budget and scope. On some projects, like the St Lucia SunDream estate, Di Menna pulled together the whole team - architects, engineers, landscape architects and her interior design team. Together they worked on the design of both interior and exterior to make the client’s vision become reality.

This house is simply beautiful its just gorgeous. The entrance is breathtaking. I see my self in it either alone or with the one I love, it has so much to offer. Each room is done so preciously, the crown molding in the ceiling and around the doorways adds a look all by itself. The marble, and wood floors, railings, high ceilings, tall windows is well put and theirs so much more. The music adds the right touch it draws you in to loving this house. Question who is the person that makes this music? well done.

I like this. You can make virtual houses for people whose intentions are having a custom home built? Nice. All in all its a nice layout. Except for that first room next to the entrance, looks like a closet with chairs and its in a spot where I couldnt see myself sitting in it. Id knock the wall down and connect it to the hallway. Than maybe close off that same hallway entrance into the kitchen. Two entrances is enough for a kitchen , you Only eat twice a day, maybe three times.

Yeah the virtual tour is missing so much detail. I didn’t read it was virtual at first. I was studying the trim and I thought what a cheap way to do trim everything has no detail just laying wood in squares upon other sections. First impression it looked like a container ship was utilized to build the from shipping boxes. Pretty well and interesting.
