Since its establishment in 1987 under the creative direction of Flora Di Menna, this Toronto based Interior Design firm has garnered numerous awards for excellence in design for luxury residences, model homes and suites, corporate offices, and Condo amenity, sales centre and public spaces.
Flora Di Menna and her team are renowned for their lavish interior designs executed on time, and on budget. But clients also know and love them for the flawless execution of those designs, thanks to the comprehensive planning, obsessive attention to detail and wise choice of furnishings that are usually custom designed by FDM.
FDM’s approach is to treat every project individually, so that every design is tailored to the specific client and works within their budget and scope. On some projects, like the St Lucia SunDream estate, Di Menna pulled together the whole team - architects, engineers, landscape architects and her interior design team. Together they worked on the design of both interior and exterior to make the client’s vision become reality.

Eyes popping, jaw dropping gorgeous. It doesn’t give the feeling of home but it’s an absolutely fantastic place to entertain and enjoy life. However it doesn’t give the feeling of home, love, family, just show off what I have. An absolute stunning place.

Mike, I think you’re right. This isn’t a real place except for in a very high end server. It’s all graphics. This video cost more than some of the homes presented on the channel. It is simply stunning.

It’s one of the most hideous interior design. Puke.. looks dated and a man who lives like a bachelor lifestyle with no warmth or cosy atmosphere. Looks cold , sharp corners to scrape a skin or open a lesion on knees or elbows. Let me guess a man designed this horrendous lay out.😖 nothing special. Exterior doesn’t match interior.

How do they film right in front of mirrors and all these glossy reflective surfaces but you didn't see the reflection of the camera or the person operating it? How do they do that?? Use a steady cam Drone and just digitally remove it from the shots??

Dion Kelly I strongly suspect that the images are computer generated. Looking at the bedrooms. Furniture is more CGI than real. Interior lighting doesn’t look right as well as the lack of authentic shadows.

Es una casa con mucha lógica en su distribución, muy bien pensada con salas de negocios, todo muy acordé, el cinema, billar y bar en dónde no afectan en ruido para la paz de la casa, sencillamente expextacular, para mi casa de campo extraje el 80 por ciento de las ideas, espacios y distribucion, acá en Colombia los arquitectos solo construyen pérgolas y una bodega donde acomodan todo, pero. No saben de estás construcciones.

My kind of house ( actually reminds me of my parents' house in West Van). I'd be adding a lot of plants and flowers indoors, of course. Also lots of personal touches on pillows, blankies here and there by the fireplaces...etc. :D .

Love the exterior design of this virtual model. The driveway and parking areas look stylish, but would they be heated somehow for Toronto winters? I cannot see a snow plow leaving those surfaces undamaged. I really like how the kitchen is tucked away out of sight of the dining room and other entertainment areas. Who wants to watch the staff or the caterers prepare food? I cannot imagine anyone choosing to have slippery marble floors in the main areas or bathrooms. Imagine the lawsuits from guests injured from slipping and falling. The closet/dressing area in the master bedroom is perfect for someone with a shopping addiction. Love the resort style pool area and pool house. This house model would be perfect for Florida or the Caribbean, but I cannot see this outdoor space design being of much use during Canadian winters. I wonder if anyone has actually built a version of this model.
