I love getting my nails done but it’s usually a treat. I honestly don’t mind painting mine at home. I’ve never had fake nails but I have thought about it lately as my nails keep breaking and are more brittle. As I’m retired it’s not a problem. Also pedicures as well are especially nice for the summer.

GIRL!! Ok I agree with you!! I used to have luxury sunnies and then trends faded away and they looked so dated! I promised myself I wouldn’t buy those anymore unless it’s a super classic style… but then I don’t mind more affordable brands because I wear sunnies at the pool and beach and that’s too expensive to be trashing around like that … I lost a pair of sunnies at the beach when a wave hit 😂. Next, dupe bags are not the same. They just aren’t. For the shoes, I agree too! Most do the time they aren’t even comfy and then they wear so bad and look all ugly

I think in 2023 alone I spent a few thousand dollars on sunglasses and was actually quite upset with myself because they were unnecessary purchases that I do not use. Granted I love all the items BUT I could have gone without 90% of them. Give me a cute pair from Marshalls and I will be a happy clam.

EVERY TIME! Seriously, I have never gone in and had a decent experience at Hermes... The only relatively positive experience I had was at the Hermes Dubai Mall store and I wish I could find the same SA/atmosphere in the USA/Europe.

Kids don’t copy everything from you. I don’t do my nails, just clear and clean cut; my daughter likes her fake nails…85 Euros plus almost 3 hours of her life getting it done. So we arrived at a compromised “ only for special occasions “. However, I hope she gets it!

I work in the medical field and nail polish and acrylic is advised against. Plus with how many times I wash my hands nail polish and acrylic wears very quickly ☺️🤷🏽‍♀️
