@ 08:38 Raita ... can be used as a drink. As a matter of fact I always use the leftover Raita to make me a drink. And its easy, just a glass of water and add raita (chose ur quantity) add some salt and and blend,,,,,, voila ..its ready and refreshing

Very well done spice bazar ,I'm a big fan of your restaurant. You are the best in the town. Thank you steiners for the visit to the kitchen area . Do try their "yum" restaurant as well. Or English tea house for enjoying breakfast or high tea . There is no need to have whole of the sugar syrup you can eat gulab jamun only too.

And I also recommend you to try Russ Malai next time, the sister of Gulab Jaman. It is drenched in milk instead of syrup and is eaten cold. Gulab Jaman tastes great both hot and cold but hot is out of this world.

It is called gulab ja-mun and this mun is pronounced like bun. And aa in the ja is also a bit elongated. The syrup is made from sugar and does not have honey in it unless these guys did put some.
