Wow, this must be one of if not THE most breathtaking properties so far! The house looks simply STUNNING from every angle, I can't get enough of it! 😄 As soon as you were coming to the house from the driveway, I noticed the tall orange blinds and I wondered if you'll say something about them specifically. And indeed you did! 4:12 😁 I love the attention to details, the unified color scheme and the fact that the property combines a very traditional look with a modern, practical feel. Also all those cozy nooks around the house! The garden looks amazing as well and the views of the surrounding landscape are just phenomenal!

Gorgeous, the villa, the lake, the landscape, and of course... Stefanie! Always interesting the Swiss influence on the Italian architecture especially at the north ends of the lakes.
