The market is never really bad for million dollar homes in established areas is it? Realeste is always good there. In an area where I live there is a very exclusive area where it doesn't matter how the market is doing the homes never stay on market more than 1 month.

In our experience a lot depends on the location of the home, the industries that the majority of the homeowners work in, the amount of property the home sits on, proximity to the city, and what amenities already come with the house. Additionally, in Atlanta we have pockets of affluent areas that are all very diverse.

The outside and its features are the best part. The inside is outdated in some places, too dark in others, just tasteless really, overall. They need to take down the 80's funeral parlor curtains and ceiling fans to start.

You do realize that if you were to purchase such a home, you'd have nothing in it at all, and thats the way you should view a home if you're looking to buy.

I live in a very expensive town in the U.K. Not going to mention the name. This house would probably be around 20million here my house is valued at 3.5mil in GBP which is over 4mil USD and I still soooo much smaller than this and looks like an average home almost although it is still quite large. Also it's my parents house not mine. And here everyone has huge amounts of money but it's weird knowing here really has like 1mil super cars only houses.
