A really beautiful home. The only thing I would add is a formal dining area.

Such a beautiful exterior, but sort of a disappointment once inside.

They were still discussing the asking price. Let me find out if they settled on one. I do not represent the sellers so I can represent any buyers.

Seller is asking $1,375,000. I do not represent the seller. I have no relationship to the seller.

Sure, another house that 80%+ of this city can't afford. No affordable housing for students. Minimum wage still less then $8. This is another example of Greed

Students generally don’t need to buy a house where they’re going to school. Save for the down payment and once you graduate and figure out where you’ll be working, then you can think about buying a home plus you’ll have your saved money for some of the costs. Students are better off living in the cheapest apartment so they can maximize their money.

25 years ago, I was an E3 (SrA) in in Air Force. I had bought my first house with a $900 a month Mortage. I was also working at the Officers Club on Sundays for extra money. My goal was to keep my bank account balance at $1,000. I was trying to pay down my $1,000 credit card debt. Lots of PBJ sandwiches for dinner. As my military career progressed, my financials got to ware my goal was to keep 10K in my bank and no credit card debt. Stacking good decisions on top of good decisions have gotten me in a good place. Could I afford a $1M home, no, but am still building my investment profile. My point is, you can't compare a student's financial situation to someone who has worked their ass off for 30 years to be able to own a nice home.

Some people have to big a sense of entitlement. In my country, I'd be happy with this price. Where I am from a house just under 2000 square feet is over a million dollars and property taxes almost 7 k. You're spoiled with these prices. My house costs almost as much and is no where near what this is.
